France - Sept 2005

Deany, Helen and Hen took a well-deserved week's break at Helen's parents house near Angouleme in Poitou-Charentes region. We travelled the entire journey by train :) via WAGN, London Underground, Eurostar to Lille Europe and the TGV to Anhguleme - excellent! Don't worry there aren't many train photos.

Chateau de La Rochefoucauld

A beautiful 'fairy-tale' building by the river. It was so dry when we visited that the river had dried up.
